This Banana Bread Cobbler is AH-MAZ-ING! It is super easy to make and it tastes delicious! It is best served warm with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream! Caramel sauce is also really good on top of this Banana Bread Cobbler too!!
My favorite part of this Banana Bread Cobbler is the streusel topping! Brown sugar, flour, butter, oatmeal, cinnamon and pecans. Seriously delicious!! It really makes the cobbler.
I used about four ripe bananas in this Banana Bread Cobbler. Feel free to use more or less depending on your personal preference.

Banana Bread Cobbler

ingredients:
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 medium ripe bananas, sliced
Streusel Topping
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup uncooked regular oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Lightly grease an 11x7x2-inch or 9x9x2-inch pan with cooking spray.
- Whisk together flour, sugar and milk. Whisk in melted butter. Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Top batter with sliced bananas.
- Stir together brown sugar, self-rising flour, softened butter, and cinnamon until crumbly.
- Stir in oatmeal and pecans. Sprinkle over bananas.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until golden brown.
