We always have a bag in the pantry! These Cheesy Fire Crackers are great for parties and holiday gifts too!
How to Make Cheesy Fire Crackers
These Cheesy Fire Crackers are super easy to make. Toss together Cheese Ritz Bits, oil, ranch dressing mix, and red pepper flakes. Pop the cracker in the oven for a few minutes and you are done. Cooking the crackers in the oven for a few minutes allows the oil to be absorbed into the crackers. It also makes the crackers nice and crispy. These Cheesy Fire Crackers can pack a lot of heat, so adjust the red pepper accordingly. I suggest starting with a tablespoon of red pepper flakes and tasting the crackers. You can add more if you are a spicy heat lover.
You can make these Cheesy Fire Crackers in advance and store in an airtight container for months. I usually store them in a gallon ziplock bag.
