Anyone else over indulge the past few months? The holidays are tough, but the start of the New Year is a great way to begin a new routine! I start my day with an energy-boosting, protein packed Overnight Oatmeal made with Dannon® Oikos® Triple Zero Greek Yogurt. It is super simple to make and it tastes AMAZING! It gives me the energy boost to dive into my busy day. The Dannon yogurt is packed with nutritious and delicious ingredients that take me from yawn to game on!
Put the regular oatmeal in the mason jar. You want to use regular oatmeal and not the quick-cook or instant oatmeal. The oatmeal is going to sit in the refrigerator overnight and soften.
Next, add the Oikos Triple Zero Chocolate Greek Yogurt. I LOVE the Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt. Unlike some other protein snacks, Dannon® Oikos® Triple Zero has ZERO fat, ZERO added sugar, and ZERO artificial sweeteners. PLUS is has 15 grams of protein per 5.3-ounce container.
Add the crunchy peanut butter. I like to use crunchy for the added crunch in the Overnight Oatmeal. This is just a personal preference. You can use smooth peanut butter if you prefer. Look for a natural peanut butter to keep the sugar to a minimum.
Now it’s time to add the Reese’s International Delight Coffee Creamer to the mason jar! Since 1987, International Delight has been synonymous with exceptional creamer flavor. This Reese’s flavored coffee creamer is no exception! I also love to use the creamer in my morning cup of coffee and use it to make frappes and floats. It is a really versatile product!
After adding the coffee creamer. Seal the mason jar and shake. Shake it really good. You want the oats to get fully coated and the peanut butter to get mix in as well. Once the jar is thoroughly shaken, place it in the refrigerator for 8 hours to overnight.
