In case you are new here, Crack refers to the combination of cheddar, bacon and ranch. It all started with a bowl of dip at at Titans Football game back in 2007. We were snacking on the dip and just couldn't stop eating it. We said the dip was like crack! And that is how the dip was named Crack Dip. I've taken those flavors and made TONS of recipes with it. You can make this Crack Breakfast Casserole and refrigerate it overnight. LOVE being able to pop this in the oven when I wake up in the morning. This casserole is not only great for breakfast, it is delicious for brunch, lunch and dinner. All you need is a fruit salad and you are set!

ingredients:
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1-1/2 lb bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1-1/2 Tbsp dry Ranch Dressing mix
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp pepper
instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Lightly spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Unroll crescent rolls and press into the bottom of the 9x13 pan, pressing seams together to seal.
- Sprinkle cooked bacon on top of crescent rolls. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Whisk eggs, milk and dry Ranch dressing mix until well blended. Pour over bacon mixture.
- Bake 25-35 minutes or until center is set.
