Asparagus is one of our favorite summer sides. It is SO easy to make and it always tastes delicious. This Divine Asparagus might be our favorite asparagus recipe. It is crazy good!! It is also crazy easy to make. Only 4 ingredients and it is ready to eat in 20 minutes.
This Divine Asparagus was ready to bake before the oven even preheated. Snap the tough ends of the asparagus off, put in baking dish, spread with mayonnaise and top with parmesan and paprika. You could even add a sprinkle of garlic salt. This is great with all grilled meats and other casseroles. We've been making this at least once a week this summer. SO good! It is great for dinner parties too! It looks "fancy" but it is so easy!

ingredients:
- 1-1/2 pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp paprika
instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Place asparagus in a lightly greased 9x13x2-inch baking dish.
- Spread mayonnaise over asparagus. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and paprika over mayonnaise.
- Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes.
NOTES:
Use Duke's Mayonnaise for a low-carb dish.
