Favorite Pork Chops
Favorite Grilled Pork Chops - the search is over. These are hands-down THE BEST pork chops!! SO easy and they taste amazing! Better than any restaurant! Pork chops marinated in worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, pepper and cayenne pepper. Let marinate overnight and grill for the BEST pork chops EVER. Such a quick and easy grilled pork recipe!
I've been on the hunt for my Favorite Grilled Pork Chops recipe, and I think I've finally found it. We both took one bite of these pork chops and were rendered speechless. SO good! Tender, juicy and full of AMAZING flavor! They even taste great leftover for lunch the next day. We grilled three pork chops and fought over who got it for lunch.
We let the pork chops marinate in the refrigerator overnight. I go by the philosophy "the longer the better" when it comes to marinated meat.
We started using 1-inch thick bone-in pork chops from the butcher shop. They are ridiculously good. Better than any restaurant - seriously. If you don't want to use bone-in pork chop, you can definitely use boneless pork chops or even a pork tenderloin with this marinade. You will just need to adjust your cooking time.
