This Overnight French Toast Casserole is made the night before and refrigerated overnight. Just pop it in the oven first thing in the morning. This is hands-down our favorite way to eat French toast. No standing over the stove. Just whip this up and bake when you are ready. We serve this French Toast Casserole with some blueberries, strawberries and lots of real maple syrup. YUM!

ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 (8-oz) loaf French bread, cubed
- 2 cups milk
- 6 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
instructions:
- Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.
- In a small saucepan, heat butter and brown sugar over medium-low heat until sugar is dissolved. Pour in bottom of prepared pan.
- Arrange bread cubes on top of brown sugar mixture.
- Whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla, salt and cinnamon. Pour over bread cubes.
- Cover pan and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes.
