Ginger Ale Pork Tenderloin
Ginger Ale Pork Tenderloin - the BEST pork tenderloin I've ever made! SO good!! Pork tenderloin marinated in ginger ale, dijon mustard, honey, oil, onion powder, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper. Hands-down THE BEST pork EVER! Marinate overnight and grill. Great leftover too! #grill #pork #grilling #porktenderloin
This Ginger Ale Marinated Pork Tenderloin was one of the BEST pork tenderloins we've ever made. I am not a fan of drinking ginger ale, but I LOVE it in a pork tenderloin marinade! The marinade is very easy to make. Just whisk together ginger ale, Dijon mustard, honey, onion powder, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour it over the pork tenderloin and let it hang out in the refrigerator overnight.
When cooking pork tenderloins, it is important to remove the silver skin on the side of each pork tenderloin. I use a knife and carefully cut it off. If you don't remove the silver skin, you will have a tough area on each tenderloin. Such a waste!!
We grilled this Ginger Ale Pork Tenderloin to a medium temperature. It is perfectly SAFE to eat pink pork. Pork needs to be a minimum of 145ºF. We like to grill it to medium-rare or medium. It only takes about 15 minutes - depending on how big your pork tenderloins are. Once the pork is cooked, we slice it thin to enjoy! We both took one bite and were blown away. SO good!! This is also FANTASTIC leftover!! Give this a try ASAP!
