Grilled Beef Kabobs
Beef Kabobs - CRAZY good!! Steak and vegetables marinated in a combination of Italian dressing, Dale's Steak Seasoning, Greek Seasoning and Onion powder. The flavor was fantastic!! Everyone RAVED about the kabobs! Feel free to use your favorite vegetables on the kabobs - onions, mushrooms, bell pepper, tomatoes, squash and zucchini. Tastes great leftover too!
On our last trip to the butcher shop, we saw some filet tips in the case. They were the ends of the beef tenderloin that they couldn't slice into big fat filets. We decided to buy some and make some Beef Kabobs. We rarely do kabobs, so this was a fun twist to our steak night!
If you can't find Dale's Steak Seasoning, you can use my All-Purpose Marinade recipe in its place -

Once everything was marinated, we just threaded it onto some bamboo skewers and threw it on the grill. You aren't going to need to cook these very long. The meat cooks to medium-rare within minutes. Obviously, if you want the steak cooked to medium to medium well, just add a few minutes to the cooking time.
We ate these for dinner and leftover for lunch the next day. They were CRAZY good! We used mushrooms, bell pepper and onion on the skewers. Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the mix. Tomatoes would be good. You could even use squash and zucchini.
