Homemade Tartar Sauce Recipe

We spent 9 days in London last month. It was AMAZING! We did tons of sightseeing and ate TONS of fish and chips in the pubs. We literally ate fish and chips every single day. Since we got back to The States, we have been suffering fish and chip withdrawal. When I was at the store last week, I saw the new SeaPak Pub Style Beer Battered Cod and immediately put it in my buggy. I couldn't wait to get home and whip up an easy fish and chips dinner.
In London, chips are what we call fries here in the States. I bought some steak fries to go with the SeaPak Pub Style Beer Battered Cod because that is the type of chips that we ate on our trip.
All of the fish and chips in London were served with green peas. You could get them regular or mushy. Chicken Legs tried the mushy peas and said they were really good. I researched the recipe and it is what you think it would be - green peas cooked and smooshed.
Since I was taking a shortcut with the SeaPak Pub Style Beer Battered Cod, I decided to whip up a homemade tartar sauce. O-M-G!! Y'all this stuff is SO good!! I promise you will never ever buy bottled tartar sauce again. It just doesn't compare to this homemade recipe. It is super simple to make and it really tastes incredible. You can make the Homemade Tartar Sauce ahead of time and refrigerate it for up to a week.
We absolutely LOVED our homemade Fish and Chips!!! It took us back to our time in London.
The SeaPak Beer Battered Cod was high-quality, easy-to-prepare, and tasted as good as any restaurant in London!!
Just take the frozen fish out of the packaging and place it on a baking sheet. 15 minutes later, dinner is served!
