Any Mac & Cheese lovers out there? This Million Dollar Mac & Cheese is the ULTIMATE Mac & Cheese. Loaded with cheddar, cottage cheese, sour cream and cream cheese! So creamy and delicious. I wanted to face plant in the casserole dish! SO good!
This Million Dollar Mac & Cheese really lives up to its name. It tastes like a million bucks. You can make this casserole ahead of time and refrigerate for later. I live for make ahead dishes like this!
If you aren't a fan of cottage cheese, you can swap it out for ricotta. I don't eat cottage cheese out of the container, but I absolutely LOVE it in casseroles. If you have a cottage cheese hater, don't tell them that it is in here. They will never know it's there once it is mixed in with the cream cheese and sour cream.
We've mad this Million Dollar Mac & Cheese several times over the past few weeks and have enjoyed it every time. This makes a lot of Mac & Cheese; it would be great for a potluck or cookout.

Million Dollar Mac & Cheese

ingredients:
- 1 (16-oz) box elbow macaroni
- 1 (16-oz) jar Ragu cheese sauce
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13x2-inch pan with cooking spray.
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain.
- Combine cooked macaroni and cheese sauce. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, and parsley.
- Place half of the cooked pasta mixture in the bottom of prepared dish. Spread cream cheese mixture over noodles.
- Top with remaining noodles. Sprinkle cheese on top of noodles.
- Bake uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
