This Pineapple Grilled Chicken is a new favorite! It is LOADED with tons of flavor. The chicken is so tender and juicy. We have made this several times over the past few weeks and just can't seem to get enough of it. It even tastes great leftover! We love it chopped up on a salad or in a wrap.
This chicken is marinated in a mixture of oil, pineapple juice, paprika, basil, onion, thyme, and garlic. SO much amazing flavor. We like to let the chicken marinate overnight to achieve maximum flavor. I whisk up the marinade before I go to bed and the chicken is ready to grill for lunch or dinner the next day.

ingredients:
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup vegetable or canola oil
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves, crushed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
instructions:
- Whisk together oil, pineapple juice and all seasonings.
- Place chicken in a gallon ziplock bag. Lightly pound the chicken with a meat mallet or rolling pin to an even thickness. Pour marinade over chicken.
- Refrigerate chicken overnight.
- Remove chicken from marinade.
- Prepare grill and grill chicken until done, approximately 12 to 15 minutes.
