Slow Cooker Teriyaki Pulled Pork
Slow Cooker Teriyaki Pulled Pork - THE BEST pulled pork!! Pork shoulder slow cooked with onions, worcestershire sauce, teriyaki sauce and water. I ate this for a week! SO good!! Serve on Hawaiian Rolls with provolone cheese for parties. Can assemble ahead of time and reheat when ready to serve.
I made two small changes to Robin's recipe. Robin bakes her pork shoulder in the oven. I decided to throw mine in the slow cooker because it just seems easier. Robin's recipe uses frozen chopped onions. Now, I very much dislike chunks of onion, so I used a handful of dried minced onion flakes. If you like onions, you might want to try Robin's way. If you like some onion flavor and no chunks, try the onion flakes or even onion powder.
This Teriyaki Pork was crazy delicious! I think I ate this three or four times the week I made it. It was just too good to throw out. We had it for dinner and lunch several times. Ridiculous!!! This would be great for tailgating! You can heat up a pan of sliders and take them to the game. I promise every will love them!
