The countdown is on to the new year! I'm already thinking about what to serve at our New Year's Eve party. One item I know that will be on the menu is these Champagne Deviled Eggs. They are seriously delicious!! PERFECT for all your New Year's Eve parties!!!

ingredients:
- 8 hard boiled eggs
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp champagne vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- dash pepper
- dash onion powder
- paprika for dusting
instructions:
- Slice hard boiled eggs in half. Remove yolks and mash.
- Add mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, dry mustard, pepper and onion powder. Stir well.
- Pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika. Store in the refrigerator.
