Raspberry Chipotle Ranch Dip {José Olé Tailgate}
Raspberry Chipotle Ranch Dip
Raspberry Chipotle Ranch Dip - homemade ranch dip with raspberry jam and chipotle peppers. It packs a kick! Great with veggies, chips, taquitos. Also delicious on top of a baked potato! Simple and delicious dip recipe!
This year I am serving a big platter of yummy José Olé® snacks. Have you ever tried any of the José Olé products? They are an easy and delicious way to feed a crowd! They take less than 15 minutes to bake in the oven and are good and crunchy.
We are serving José Olé Taquitos, José Olé Mextremes Taquitos and José Olé Nacho Bites. I am officially addicted to the Steak and Cheese Taquitos! I couldn't stop eating them! I love that they are made with real meat and cheese. I could totally make a meal out of them.
I wanted to serve something with the José Olé snacks. I had a great dip at a party over the holidays, and I thought it would be perfect with the snacks. I got the recipe for the Raspberry Chipotle Ranch Dip and whipped it up. It was AWESOME! OMG - SO good!
There is a kick to the Raspberry Chipotle Ranch Dip from the diced chipotles. I suggest to start with a little bit of diced chipotles and add more until you get to the amount of heat that works for you. We ended up with 2 1/2 teaspoons of diced chipotle peppers. It wasn't spicy, but it did have a kick. The dip would also be great with some Fritos, veggies or as a salad dressing. I made a double batch and have one in a mason jar in the fridge for salads this week. I can't wait!
If you are looking for a convenient way to satisfy hungry appetites for the big game, give these José Olé snacks a try!
