Chicken Parmesan Rollups
Chicken Parmesan Rollups
Chicken Parmesan Rollups - only 4 ingredients!! SO simple and everyone LOVED this Italian casserole. Frozen chicken strips, mozzarella cheese, crescent rolls and marinara sauce. Use Tyson Italian Style Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast Strips for extra flavor in the rollups. Only took about 5 minutes to make and it was on the table in under 30 minutes. Love!!

We both absolutely LOVED this recipe. It had all the flavors of Chicken Parmesan without all the work. I used frozen chicken breast strips in this casserole. I did not thaw or bake them before rolling up in the crescent rolls. They cooked right along with the crescent rolls in the pan. SO easy!!
My secret weapon for this recipe? Tyson® Italian Style Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast Strips. I found them in the freezer section at Walmart. I LOVED these chicken breast strips! They are made with white meat chicken (my fav) and have no preservatives (woohoo!). I especially loved that there is 65% less breading compared to the original crispy chicken strips I've purchased in the past. I wanted to use breaded chicken for the Chicken Parmesan Rollups, but I wanted to taste mostly chicken instead of the breading. These chicken breast strips did the job wonderfully! They are a new favorite! I can't wait to try the 100& Whole Grain Breaded Chicken Breast Chunks this weekend. YUM!
