Stop what you are doing and add these Crack Chicken Pinwheels to your tailgate menu this weekend!! OMG! SO good!! Tortillas stuffed with cream cheese, chicken, cheddar, bacon & ranch. You can make them tonight and they will be ready for your football party tomorrow or Sunday. We ate these for lunch the other day, and I could not stop eating them! SO good!!
To cut down on the prep time of these Crack Chicken Pinwheels, I used rotisserie chicken and precooked bacon. I always have both in the house for quick recipes like this. Feel free to use low-fat cream cheese and turkey bacon if you are watching calories. You could also use whole-wheat tortillas. Now they are basically health food! LOL!
These Crack Chicken Pinwheels are always a hit at our parties. I never have any leftovers! I love taking these to tailgates. SO easy to transport to the parking lot!!! LOVE that you can just pop them in the cooler and go! If you aren't into tailgating, no worries! These Crack Chicken Pinwheels are perfect for all your upcoming holiday parties too!!
