Meatball Sliders {Football Friday}
Meatball Sliders - SO good!! Perfect for parties and watching football!! Hawaiian rolls stuffed with cream cheese, Italian seasoning, mozzarella cheese, marinara sauce, frozen meatballs and topped with melted butter and Parmesan cheese. Ready in under 30 minutes! Great for a quick lunch or dinner too! There are never any left when I take these to a potluck!
These Meatball Sliders are perfect for watching all the bowl games this week and for snacking on at your New Year's Eve Parties. They are so simple and taste fantastic! I think just about anything would taste great stuffed into a Hawaiian roll, don't you?!?
These Meatball Sliders are so simple to make. Spread a yummy cream cheese mixture on the bottom of the rolls and top with some sauce and mozzarella cheese. Cut out a hole in the top of roll and stuff a meatball inside. Brush some garlic butter and parmesan on top and you are ready to bake! The best part is they are ready to eat in under 30 minutes! Quick, easy and delicious! You can't beat that!

Meatball Sliders

ingredients:
- 1 (12-count) package Hawaiian rolls
- 4-oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup (4-oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 12 (1/2-oz) frozen meatballs
- 6 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray, set aside.
- Cut rolls in half horizontally. Place bottoms in prepared pan.
- Combine cream cheese and 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
- Spread cream cheese on bottom half of rolls. Top cream cheese with mozzarella cheese. Top mozzarella cheese with 1 cup of marinara sauce.
- Using a 1-inch round cutter, cut a hole in the top of each roll. Discard bread rounds. Place roll tops on top of bottoms. Place one meatball in each hole.
- Combine melted butter and 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Pour over rolls. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Cut into 12 rolls and enjoy!
