Taco Quiche
Taco Quiche - quiche loaded with taco meat, salsa and cheese. Top with your favorite taco toppings for a fun twist to taco night! Can assemble quiche and freeze unbaked for a quick meal later. I like to double the recipe and bake one and freeze one for later. Everyone LOVES this easy recipe! There are never any leftovers!! Ground beef, taco seasoning, salsa, cheddar cheese, milk, eggs, sour cream. SO simple and it tastes AMAZING!
We LOVE quiche in our house. Chicken Legs is always requesting quiche for lunch or dinner. I was in the mood for tacos the other night and decided to make a Taco Quiche. OMG! SO good! Taco meat, cheese, salsa mixed into the quiche mixture. We topped with quiche slices with some sour cream, extra salsa and green onions. We went to chow-town on this quiche! YUM!
This Taco Quiche can be made ahead of time and frozen unbaked until you are ready to serve. I like to double this recipe and bake one and freeze one for later. I almost always have a homemade frozen quiche in the freezer for an easy meal. I love pulling one out for an easy weekend breakfast!
This Taco Quiche was a huge hit in our house. We ate it for lunch and the leftovers for dinner the same day. The quiche only takes a few minutes to make and it was a fun twist to taco night!!

Taco Quiche
prep time: 10 MINScook time: 1 hourtotal time: 1 hours and 10 mins
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 2 Tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
- 1 (9-inch) deep dish frozen pie crust
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until no longer pink. Drain fat. Add taco seasoning and salsa. Cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, until most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Spoon ground beef mixture into bottom of pie crust. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Whisk together eggs, milk and sour cream. Pour over taco mixture in pie crust.
- Bake 1 hour. Allow quiche to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
