We absolutely LOVED this Frozen Strawberry Margarita Pie. It was so light and refreshing!! This would be great all summer long. It is the perfect way to beat the heat. This is also super easy to make - no baking required! I love no-bake desserts, especially in the summer. No need to heat up the house with the oven.
I made this Frozen Strawberry Margarita Pie in a springform pan. I haven't made this in a regular pie pan. If you go that route, you will definitely have leftover filling. You might even have enough for two pies.
