I made this dip for my class at Pinterest's annual meeting, KnitCon. I flew out to San Francisco on Wednesday. Pinterest held a little get together for all the creators that were teaching at the meeting. We also went to dinner and I got to meet Ben Silbermann (the creator of Pinterest). He was incredibly nice and laid back. Thursday morning I taught my class. We made this fun dip and everyone got to take it home for their holiday parties. YAY!! I left the Pinterest headquarters right after the class to fly back home. It was a crazy fun trip! I am still tired!

How to Make No-Bake 7 Layer Taco Dip
This No-Bake Layered Taco Dip is a version of the popular 7 Layer Dip. Mine has 8-ish layers. Refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, corn, cheese, tomatoes, green onions, and olives. This dip is SUPER easy to make. Just layer everything in a 9x13-inch pan and refrigerate until ready to serve. You can add ground beef, ground turkey, cooked chicken, shrimp, lettuce, onions, rice, bell pepper, salsa, black beans - just use what you like!
I made this dip into a flag shape for the holiday. If you are making this for non-patriotic holiday parties, just layer everything in any order you wish. No need to decorate the top to look like a flag if you don't want to. It will still taste delicious!

Can 7 Layer Taco Dip Be Made in Advance?
You can absolutely make this No-Bake Layered Taco Dip ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to serve. It will keep several days in the fridge. Well, as long as you don't use lettuce. If you want to add lettuce to this dip, add it the day you are serving the dip so it doesn't get soggy.I don't suggest freezing this dip. The texture of the dip won't be the same after freezing and thawing.
