I can't think of a better way to start the day!How to Make Mini Naan Bread French Toast
This Overnight Mini Naan French Toast is super easy to make. Whisk together the egg beaters, low-fat milk, and vanilla. Place the mini naan bread in two ziplock bags and pour the egg mixture over the naan. Let hang out in the refrigerator overnight and then grill in the morning. It is important to have the naan bread in a single layer in the egg mixture. The naan will stick together if they are stacked on top of each other. I use gallon ziplock bags and it works great.
If you don't have all night to let the naan sit in the egg mixture, just let it sit as long as possible. I would say at least an hour. You want the naan to soak up the egg mixture and get soft before grilling.
If you don't want to use egg substitute, you can substitute 4 eggs for the egg beaters. I personally like using egg beaters. It is easy and saves calories! This Naan French Toast is SO good - no one would ever know it was made with Egg Beaters!
