Sausage and Ranch Quiche
Sausage and Ranch Quiche - so quick and easy. Everyone LOVED this recipe!! Can make ahead and freeze for later. Pie crust, sausage, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, eggs, and pepper. Ready to eat in an hour. Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. THE BEST!
I am totally addicted to this Sausage and Ranch Quiche. OMG! It is CRAZY good!! It was so good that I made it two days in a row. I'm not joking! We couldn't get enough of it!
Not only is this Sausage and Ranch Quiche super easy to make, you can also freeze the quiche! I actually have a couple in the freezer now. I freeze the quiche unbaked and thaw it before I bake it for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
This Sausage and Ranch Quiche is perfect for Father's Day brunch! A word of waring - you might want to double the recipe. This never lasts long at our house!

Sausage and Ranch Quiche
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (9-inch) frozen deep dish pie crust
- 8-oz sausage (Jimmy Dean or Tennessee Pride)
- 1/2 cup prepared Ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream or milk
- dash black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- In a skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain fat. Combine cooked sausage and Ranch dressing. Drop crumbles of sausage mixture in bottom of pie crust. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Whisk together eggs, pepper and cream. Pour egg mixture over sausage and cheese mixture in pie crust.
- Bake 1 hour. Allow quiche to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
